SHIPPING & PICK UP POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Sweet T's Lil Boutique! We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

How will I know my pickup order is ready? You will receive a text letting you know when your order is ready for pick up.  Please try and pick up within 48 hours.  Any orders left in pick up box without arrangements made will be returned to stock and no refund will be issued.

When will my order ship? Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. While most orders are processed quickly, please allow up to 3 business days during high-volume periods.

Custom Orders will be within 2 weeks. If longer time is required, you will be notified.

Shipping Rates:

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75
• Orders under $75: Standard Shipping $7.99 - $9.99
• Shipping costs are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout
• We ship within the United States only

Delivery Time:

• Delivery times depend on USPS shipping schedules
• Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is shipped
• Any national or regional delays can be checked directly on the USPS website

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number
• You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

International Shipping:

• We currently do not offer international shipping
