RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Sweet T's Lil Boutique! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit under the following conditions:

Return Requirements:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• All original tags must be attached and intact
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must include all original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Items with tags removed or damaged
• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Intimate apparel and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process:

1. Contact us at sweettslilboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue store credit within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Sweet T's Lil Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Store Credit:

• All approved returns will receive store credit equal to the purchase price
• Store credit will be issued as a gift card or discount code sent to your email
• Store credit has no expiration date and can be used on any future purchase
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• No cash refunds will be issued
