Return Policy

At Sweet T’s Lil Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review our return guidelines below.

7-Day Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Eligible Returns

Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With all tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, or odors will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair accessories
• Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings
• Graphic tees and seasonal or holiday items

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued store credit only.

Store credit does not expire and may be used online or in person.

Shipping

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

How to Start a Return

• Order number
• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
